As a Strategy and Operations Analyst you will have the opportunity to help us re-imagine the financial services industry and make a lasting impact in a diverse and dynamic environment. You will work across every facet of a fast-growing fintech, switching between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will have a 360° view on the payments and financial services value chain - from detailed analysis on the product / customer value proposition landscape through to supply chain processes through to call centre metrics measurement.

- Breadth and depth of role: No two days are the same. From spearheading company-defining projects to conducting in-depth analyses through to exploring acquisition opportunities,, you’ll have the chance to explore diverse areas and make a real difference.
What you will do
- Project management: Leading cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, by identifying customer needs, creating an implementation projection, then overseeing execution - jumping in to unblock teams where needed
- Strategy Support: Working cross functionally with Product, Finance, Risk and Compliance Operations and Customer Success teams in undertaking analyses such as market sizing, uptake modelling and scenario analysis to assist in the decision making process
- Deal Support: Supporting the deal lifecycle across vendors and potential partners; from heads of agreement drafting through to uptake modelling and commercial negotiations.
- Product Management Support: Product feature roadmapping support which includes research and review of the product and service landscape locally and internationally
- Operating Model Analysis: Building processes and procedures to deliver product and services efficiently and effectively to market; Productivity modelling to assist in identifying improvement opportunities in servicing / capacity planning; Assessment of industry and regulatory requirements and their impacts on the operating model; Configuration of operations tools and platforms to implement designed processes and procedures
Your Qualifications, experience and attributes
- Management consulting experience in Strategy and Operations
- Agility and adaptability: You thrive in fast-moving environments and can pivot approaches swiftly to arrive at solutions.
- You are comfortable with quantitative analysis / statistics and must have strong Excel / data modelling skills.
- Detail-oriented: While you can dive into the minutiae, you also possess the ability to synthesise information effectively.
- Can effectively prioritise work to drive outcomes;
- You love challenging the status-quo and have a bias for action;
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and structuring analysis using inductive and deductive logic;
- Enjoy the intellectual challenge of problem solving.
