What These Roles May Involve
Future Business Operations roles at Wonderschool may include:
- Supporting senior leadership on strategic planning, prioritization, and execution
- Driving cross-functional initiatives across Finance, People, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Managing complex projects from concept through delivery
- Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency
- Building dashboards, models, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making
- Using automation and AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, and scalability
What We’re Generally Looking For
- Experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, business operations, or strategic roles at high-growth startups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with data and financial models
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
- Interest in fast-paced, evolving environments with high ownership and impact
Compensation (Future Opportunities – California)
For future Business Operations roles based in California, the expected base salary range is approximately $121,000 – $157,000. Actual compensation may vary based on role scope, level, experience, and business needs at the time of hire. These roles may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
