💼 About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play an important role in Weavr’s growth by building relationships with prospective B2B SaaS partners across Europe.
You’ll focus on identifying, engaging and qualifying new opportunities, working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to create a strong, sustainable pipeline.
You’ll report to the SDR Manager and collaborate cross-functionally. This role offers autonomy, structured support, and a clear pathway for progression into more senior commercial roles.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
🎯 Generating Opportunities
- Identify and qualify B2B SaaS companies that could benefit from embedded finance
- Develop thoughtful outbound strategies to create new conversations
🔍 Research & Personalisation
- Research industries, companies, and stakeholders
- Tailor messaging to align with each prospect’s needs and priorities
💬 Multi-Channel Outreach
- Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
- Craft personalised, relevant outreach that builds trust and curiosity
🤝 Relationship Building
- Build early-stage relationships with key stakeholders
- Nurture interest and convert conversations into qualified meetings
📊 Data & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)
- Share insights with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve targeting and messaging
- Track activity and performance metrics
😊 About You
We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and motivated by learning and growth.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have around 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, fintech — or a similar customer-facing commercial role
- Enjoy starting conversations and building rapport
- Communicate clearly and confidently (written and verbal)
- Are organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Like working towards goals and measuring your progress
- Are comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
