We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will leverage customer data to inform risk models and uncover sales optimization opportunities. You’ll partner closely with risk, product, and sales teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies that drive growth and keep risk in check.
This is a full-time remote position.
What you will do:
- Identify patterns and trends that signal sales opportunities and potential product improvements
- Monitor KPIs for credit performance, product performance, and customer retention
- Partner with risk management, product, and sales leadership to translate analytical insights into strategic initiatives
- Provide ad-hoc analyses and support data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Prepare clear, compelling data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical teams
- Use Git/GitLab for version control and collaborative code reviews
- Containerize analytical applications with Docker for reproducibility
About you
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning sills with an ability to break down complex problem
- Python (intermediate): Pandas, NumPy, Pydantic, FastAPI, Pytest
- SQL: Advanced querying in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL
- Experience with analytical notebooks/environments (Jupyter, Google Colab)
- Version control using Git/GitLab
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and model evaluation
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, SageMaker)
- Containerization experience with Docker
- Previous experience in the fintech, lending, insurance, or payments industry
