About The Role

As a Finance Officer where you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, the role will involve maintaining precise financial records, assisting in budget planning, and conducting insightful financial analysis. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our financial stability and guiding informed decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

Being UXCam's next superstar Finance Officer, your main missions include but aren't limited to the following:

Payroll calculation & processing
Monthly TDS filing
ETDS Filing
Timely Vendor Payment Release
Monitor expenses vs budget
Bookkeeping in accounting software Quickbook
Overseeing Provident fund & gratuity deposits
VAT Return Entry & Bank deposits
Preparing Budget request
Coordinate with external auditors during audit and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Collaborate with other departments like HR and Admin

What You’ll Need to Succeed at this role

Strong G Suite knowledge
Experience in any accounting software
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and drive results independently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic startup environment.
