About The Role
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you will:
Own the full-cycle sales process from discovery and demo to negotiation, procurement, and closing
Lead discovery calls to understand prospects’ technical and business needs
Deliver tailored product demos that connect UXCam’s capabilities to customer pain points
Navigate procurement processes and work with legal, finance, and compliance teams
Develop commercial proposals and align contract terms with client timelines and UXCam’s strategic goals
Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records (Hubspot), including deal stage criteria, forecasting category, and next steps
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing) to shape strategies that shorten sales cycles and improve conversion
Forecast pipeline accurately based on deal dynamics, business fit, and customer decision confidence
What You’ll Need to Succeed at this role
What You’ll Need To Succeed In This Role
3–6 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, ideally in B2B with a focus on mid-market or enterprise accounts
Deep understanding of sales methodology and consultative selling principles
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales processes including legal, security, and procurement reviews
Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills — you know how to turn a commit into a closed-won
Fluent English
Experience with Hubspot CRM and tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay
Empathy and creativity when dealing with different personas (e.g., legal teams, procurement officers, and business stakeholders)
You’re not afraid to challenge prospects to uncover real objections, or to walk away when the timing isn’t right
You’re organized, self-motivated, and excited to be part of a fast-growing team
Bonus Points
Experience working in startups or fast-scaling SaaS companies
Familiarity with mobile or web analytics tools
Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese and/or any other European language
Location Requirement
You must have the right to work in Germany — no visa sponsorship available for this role.
