We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to elevate our user experience and interface design across UXCam’s platform and external-facing materials. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—bringing strong design expertise to enhance the way users interact with and perceive our brand. Your contributions will blend creativity, functionality, and user-centric principles to deliver exceptional design outcomes.

• Design intuitive interfaces and experiences that support product usability and align with user needs.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create visually compelling digital assets, including:

  • Social media graphics

  • Presentation decks

  • Templates for content like eBooks, guides, and case studies

  • Visual assets for blogs and advertising campaigns
    
    

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve UXCam’s website by ideating, designing, and implementing user-friendly web pages that enhance engagement.

• Ensure all designs adhere to UXCam’s brand guidelines, delivering cohesive and high-quality visuals across touchpoints.

• Work with UI/UX designers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between product design and external communication.

• Help maintain and expand design systems to drive scalability and efficiency in design workflows.

• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, graphic design, or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital projects.

• Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in an in-house or agency setting.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with an ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

• Meticulous attention to detail, with a keen eye for typography and visual consistency.

• Passion for designing systems and working in an organized, scalable manner.
