At trawa, we're on a mission to decarbonize the industrial world — and data is at the heart of everything we do. As a Business Intelligence & Data Engineering Intern, you'll be building the pipelines, dashboards, and tools that help us optimize energy flows, and unlock insights across our business.

You won’t just “help out” — you’ll be hands-on from day one, shaping how we work with data across the entire company.

You will Drive:

• Build and maintain robust and scalable ETL pipelines

• Develop dashboards to monitor and improve data quality

• Create metrics and views to track key business and operational metrics

• Support internal teams with ad-hoc data requests and automation efforts

Role Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science)

• Hands-on experience with data pipelines through projects, coursework, or internships

• Strong understanding of SQL and Python fundamentals

• Interest in the intersection of data, technology, and business

• Ability to write clean, testable code with good coverage and documentation

Tech Stack:

Proficient in Python, SQL, Git

Nice to have: Experience with dbt or other data transformation frameworks, comfort using command line
