We currently have openings for Cold Storage Fulfillment Specialists to join our amazing team where you'll be on the front lines contributing to awesome member experiences! That same experience applies to co-workers, the community, and our vendors.

Available Shift

CS1 - Sunday - Wednesday: 5:30AM to 4:00PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

Stow, scan, pick, pack, load, unload, inspect and audit all with safety, care and speed
Perform other duties as assigned with the flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessary
Must be willing to work in a cold / freezer work environment
Must be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -20 degrees to 40 degrees Fahrenheit and outside ambient temperatures (including heat and cold)

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum age of 18 years or older
Prior logistics, fulfillment and/or industry experience (preferred)
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
Experience with hand-held scanners (preferred)
Honest with the highest integrity

Positive, ambitious, energetic, hardworking with a strong work ethic
A team player with exceptional communication who is well organized and has an eye for detail

JOB INFORMATION

Compensation Description - The starting pay rate for this position is $19.00 which includes a $1 shift differential for working in the cold storage facility.
Pay rates may increase over time based upon: skill, level of responsibility, additional duties, seniority, quantity or quality of production or other legitimate, business-related factors.
Total Compensation includes Base Pay, Stock Options, Health & Wellness Benefits, Accrued PTO, and more!
