The successful candidate will be required to have strong litigation experience on secured loans, including experience with motor finance repossessions, with a proven ability to manage complex cases, make sound decisions, prepare court documentation, and identify the most appropriate exit strategies for each case.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">The purpose of the role is to support the Operations Leaders by handling customers in financial difficulty and arrears, while also achieving departmental service levels.
