Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00), 36.25 hours per week
Salary: up to £55,000 with up to 20% bonus and benefits

The main purpose of the role is to improve the current offering and develop exciting new features of the Tandem Bank app on iOS and Android.

You will collaborate within a tight-knit team of 4-5 developers. Operating in agile two-week sprints, our goal is to achieve deliverable releases at the end of each sprint.

  Have several years experience as a full-stack mobile engineer, including experience working directly with stake-holders Love to learn and improve, and you're comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback to make your work even better Write well-structured, testable code, with a focus on simplicity and maintainability Approach your work with pragmatism, prioritising iteration and delivering value to customers, over process and deliberation You can work well in a small, cross-functional team, and communicate effectively with different business functions. You're happy to question assumptions and to back your recommendations with well-formulated, data-driven analysis. You're also able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.You love to experiment and solve problems. You are keen to share your knowledge and experience, and mentoring juniors. ## Great to haves Experience working on, delivering and releasing mobile applications on both IOS and Android Experience using React Native, Typescript/NodeJS Knowledge of Flutter would be a bonus Experience working in an agile development team Experience writing unit and integration tests Experience with git and CI/CD Solid engineering and code architecture skills Solid problem solving, debugging and optimisation skills
