Staffbase is looking for a Director, GTM Enablement to lead and scale our global enablement function. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of enablement across Sales, Customer Success, and broader GTM functions. You’ll manage a team of enablement specialists, partner with GTM leadership, and ensure our people have the skills, tools, and processes to perform at the highest level.

What you’ll be doing

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and drive the global GTM enablement strategy aligned to business goals
  • Partner with GTM leadership to assess performance gaps and design scalable programs that accelerate revenue growth
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing enablement team

Onboarding and Development

  • Oversee the global onboarding experience for new GTM hires, ensuring rapid ramp-up to productivity
  • Establish career-long development programs focused on skills, methodology, product knowledge, and leadership readiness

Programs and Content

  • Direct the creation of playbooks, certifications, toolkits, and training assets that are consistent across regions
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product to align on messaging, content, and launch readiness

Tools and Technology

  • Drive adoption and optimization of key tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, and 360Learning
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to scale enablement impact

Performance Measurement

  • Establish KPIs for enablement effectiveness (ramp time, quota attainment, win rates, deal velocity)
  • Partner with RevOps and GTM leaders to measure ROI and continuously refine programs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the senior liaison between GTM, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Advocate for GTM teams in internal planning and product development

What you need to be successful

  • 7+ years of GTM experience (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, or related), including 3+ years in an enablement role
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling global enablement strategies in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and GTM processes
  • Demonstrated success building and leading teams
  • Expertise with Salesforce, Gong, and other GTM enablement platforms
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and executive communication skills
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Passion for developing people and enabling teams to succeed
