We are looking for a Solutions Engineer ​in Germany to join our sales team for the Nordics market. In this role, you'll partner with our Account Executives, collaborate with Product, cross-functionally work with Engineering & Customer Success to drive Sales cycles with existing & future customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • You work with our prospective customers to find the best setup for their internal communications needs
  • You build engaging demo environments and show them to prospective customers to get them excited
  • You will manage different integration methods into the Staffbase platform and explain them to our prospective customers
  • You run technical evaluations of the Staffbase platform in collaboration with other Solutions Engineers and our Account Executives
  • Act as a strategic partner to our Account Executives and a trusted advisor to our prospective customers

What you need to be successful

  • Multiple years of experience in a similar role (SaaS pre-sales/solutions engineering/solutions consulting)
  • Business fluency in English is required
  • Strong interest (and ideally experience) in the Digital workplace, Communication and/or Employee Experience verticals
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentations) with a focus on simplifying complex narratives through the art of storytelling
  • Strong understanding of web development methodologies, plus hands-on experience with REST APIs, User Authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC) as well as a high level understanding of SDKs
  • You enjoy communicating and working with customers directly
  • You bring the ability to quickly understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical people
