What You’ll Tackle

• Technical strategy: Define architecture, tooling, security, and scaling for SqlDBM v2, then turn “we should” into “it’s in prod.”
• AI enablement: Formalize an AI toolchain (Cursor/Copilot, etc.), set prompt patterns, guardrails, and velocity metrics.
• Team leadership: Hire, coach, and unblock a squad of full‑stack engineers.
• Delivery & DevOps: Set up and maintain CI pipelines, automated testing, deployment workflows, observability, feature flags, etc.
• Frontend coordination: Keep our React codebase clean

What You Bring

• Proven engineering leadership (supported 10-30 devs across multiple squads).
• Hands‑on full‑stack depth: You can still sketch a migration or debug a stale cache without Slack‑splaining.
• Deep experience with ASP.NET and .NET Core.
• Database intuition: Understand normalization, indexing, and warehouse semantics.
• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock and other Gen‑AI platforms; routine use of coding copilots, LLM‑powered code review, and automated test generation.
• Expertise in designing and operating CI/CD, automated testing pipelines, and smooth deployment flows - experience deploying to prod multiple times a day.
• Bias towards action. Clear metrics.
