This role is for a doer with VP-level ambition: take charge of SEO, SEM, events, and content, turn signal into pipeline, and write the playbook. Nail the outcomes, then hire the team to multiply them.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
170,000 - 210,000 USD per year(SqlDBM Carlsbad Office)

This role is for a doer with VP-level ambition: take charge of SEO, SEM, events, and content, turn signal into pipeline, and write the playbook. Nail the outcomes, then hire the team to multiply them.
What you’ll do
- Lead technical + content SEO and CRO; publish pages yourself and fix site issues
- Build and manage SEM experiments; write ads and landing pages; enforce tight CAC guardrails
- Turn major events into meetings and opportunities through pre-book, on-site capture, and post-event cadences
- Convert SME expertise into lead magnets, webinars, and case-study videos
- Design and execute content strategy: eBooks, whitepapers, etc.
- Manage online reputation and reviews
- Run marketing ops: attribution, forms, routing, enrichment, personalization, dashboards
- 4-6 years B2B SaaS demand gen with demonstrable, hands-on SEO that produced SQLs and pipeline
- SEM you built and optimized yourself for enterprise ACVs
- Event programs you personally ran that led to booked meetings and opps
- Strong copy, basic design instincts, solid HubSpot/GA4/GSC skills
- Strong working WordPress experience. Familiarity with Elementor.
- Bias to ship weekly; comfortable partnering tightly with Sales
- Data/analytics ecosystem experience (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt)
- Marketplace/partner co-sell familiarity
