We are looking for an experienced growth-minded marketing specialist (remote - anywhere in the world) with a strong technical background and expertise in building a pipeline in a B2B environment from scratch. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels while integrating advanced analytics and AI-driven insights. This is a contract position.

We are looking for an experienced growth-minded marketing specialist (remote - anywhere in the world) with a strong technical background and expertise in building a pipeline in a B2B environment from scratch. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels while integrating advanced analytics and AI-driven insights. This is a contract position.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to 10X our lead generation.
- Leverage marketing automation, data, AI, and anything else you have in your arsenal to grow our pipeline.
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot
- Design SEO strategies, leveraging advanced keyword analysis, technical SEO improvements, and automated reporting tools.
- Create and constantly optimize paid advertising campaigns using analytics, A/B testing, and real-time bid optimization.
- Help with content marketing efforts.
- Work closely with developers and data engineers to integrate marketing analytics with internal data platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Sales Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with customer needs and revenue goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, automation, and analytics.
- 7+ years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, or data-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and multi-channel attribution modeling.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMRush, etc.
- Familiarity with databases, database modeling, data engineering, or related tech fields is a strong plus.
- Remote-first work environment
- Flexible working hours, but you need to have an overlap with the US Pacific timezone.
