Compensation Range: base salary range $70,000-$90,000 with total OTE of $105,000-$135,000 (based on location)

About The Role
- As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging enterprise accounts ($1B+ revenue) that can benefit from SqlDBM’s platform. Your primary focus will be outbound prospecting, account research, and generating high-quality sales opportunities for our Enterprise Account Executives (AEs). This role is an opportunity to break into high-level enterprise sales, build strategic sales skills, and grow your career within an elite enterprise SaaS sales team.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to engage C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders at Fortune 5000 companies.
- Research and qualify enterprise accounts to develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Set up and coordinate high-value discovery meetings and demos for AEs.
- Utilize multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events) to drive engagement.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership to execute account-based sales strategies.
- Track activity and performance in Hubspot to ensure accuracy.
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or enterprise SaaS sales.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to break into enterprise sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Preferred experience in data, cloud, or analytics space.
