The B2B team is responsible for collaborating with banks, fintechs, insurance providers, and online brokers across Europe to expand our customer base. Through strategic partnerships, the team enables these partners' customers to access savings and investment products from the Raisin platform, through a variety of integration models, including a full banking API and Advisor Solutions.

This effort allows classical banks to offer attractive products to their customers, which they cannot provide in-house due to cost or treasury limitations. For non-banking partners, it provides their customers with first-time access to the attractive category of deposit products and their benefits, including the Deposit Guarantee Scheme.

The team holds end-to-end ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, from design, to development and maintenance of services. This responsibility spans across both modern and legacy platforms. As a key member in your team, you will play a crucial role in modernizing Raisin's Advisor Products utilized in multiple B2B markets.

Our team members are distributed across Europe, including Germany, Poland, and Bulgaria. We’re looking for a team lead with experience in leading remote teams, with the willingness to be onsite in Berlin to collaborate closely with Senior Tech & Product Management and Business colleagues.

• As an experienced Frontend Engineer, you will be delighting the customer by working on our customer-facing platform as well as building the internal tooling for Raisin’s operations teams

• Together with your team you will own the design, implementation, and deployment of our applications

• Part of your responsibilities will be guiding features from their implementation through to testing, refinement and finally launch

• Working closely with our product UX team to find practical and efficient solutions to complex problems is also part of your responsibilities

• You are actively participating in an agile and collaborative process in a cross-functional team with end-to-end ownership

• Finally, you are responsible for continuously improving your team as well as yourself

• University degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience

• You have been working as a professional Frontend Engineer

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

• You have strong experience with React or similar Frameworks / Libraries

• Familiarity with CSS-in-JS like emotion

• Experience with Next.js, Static Site Generators, the JAM-Stack, (headless-) Content Management Systems and material-ui is a plus

• You are comfortable participating in technical and architectural discussions

• You are an open-minded and creative team player willing to continue creating our culture
