Your Responsibilities
As ICT Vendor Manager, you'll be the strategic link between Raisin and our key ICT vendors. You’ll manage end-to-end vendor relationships—from onboarding and compliance checks to performance monitoring and strategic sourcing. Partnering with teams across IT, Legal, Finance, and Risk, you'll ensure our vendor relationships deliver long-term value while meeting all regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the full vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, contract execution, and performance management.
- Acting as the first line of defense for vendor compliance and documentation across ICT and related vendors.
- Supporting strategic sourcing and vendor selection aligned with Raisin’s IT and procurement strategies.
- Collaborating with contract owners to ensure performance and contractual obligations are met.
- Supporting audit, risk, and compliance reviews related to ICT vendors.
- Driving process improvements in ICT vendor management to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Your Profile
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative vendor management professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
What you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in ICT vendor management—ideally within a fintech or financial services environment.
- Strong experience in managing complex ICT contracts (e.g. SaaS, BPO, infrastructure, software licensing, managed services).
- Solid understanding of procurement and vendor management best practices.
- Familiarity with risk, compliance, data privacy, and information security requirements.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
