This role will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of InfoSec-related initiatives and projects. It combines agile project management principles with the rigor of internal PM frameworks.

• Support InfoSec project planning and backlog grooming.

• Facilitate sprint meetings, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

• Maintain project documentation, presentations and reports.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track progress and resolve blockers.

• Help integrate InfoSec tasks into company-wide roadmaps.

• Assist in process improvement and risk tracking initiatives.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar.

• Understanding of project management or Scrum methodology and has past work experience.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
