Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will lead high-impact initiatives that shape the strategic direction of our rapidly growing company. This role combines strategic planning with operational execution, allowing you to both design and deliver key initiatives from start to finish.

You will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure the success of strategic projects. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives on managing complexity, delivering tangible results, and wants to contribute to the growth of the company.

Your day-to-day work will involve:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver the conceptualization and execution of large-scale projects and transformations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Steer the strategic planning process by defining objectives, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare reports, executive briefings, presentations, and decision-making documentss for senior leadership meetings, including management board, supervisory board, committees, and shareholder sessions.
  • Facilitate performance management processes by working with stakeholders across the company and tracking departmental objectives and initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders by providing market insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure seamless collaboration on strategic initiatives.
  • Lead critical analyses and provide strategic counsel to address high-priority challenges and emerging opportunities.
Your Profile
  • You hold a master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline.
  • You have 3–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate strategy/development.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a robust toolkit.
  • You are a confident communicator, capable of synthesizing and presenting insights to senior stakeholders effectively.
  • You have strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and are adept at building relationships across teams and driving outcomes collaboratively.
  • You excel in managing complex projects independently involving many stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • You are a quick learner who can dive deep into new topics and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • You are proficient in MS Excel/Google Spreadsheets (e.g. building business cases) and MS PowerPoint/Google Presentations. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker) is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English. Fluency in German is a plus.
