We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Manager to join our Data Insights team, playing a central role in empowering data-driven decisions across the company. This team drives the development, refinement, and impact of our data models and Looker platform, transforming insights into action and strategy.

Your Responsibilities

Product Management at Raisin requires a blend of strategic vision, technical know-how, and interpersonal skills. Here’s what you can expect:

Product Ownership: Own the product vision and roadmap, understanding how your product drives company results. You are accountable for outcomes, aligning product goals with business impact.

Iterative Development: Lead the ongoing refinement of significant business challenges within your product, establishing clear success criteria and identifying risks and assumptions along the way.

Roadmap & Planning: Define and communicate a compelling 12-month roadmap, gaining buy-in and inspiring your team to realize a shared vision. Collaborate with Engineering to set quarterly OKRs with a strong link to strategy.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, developing high-level product solutions that meet design and technical critiques.

Feature Design & Implementation: Oversee the development of key features and enhancements, prioritizing usability, performance, and reliability within data models and Looker.

Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure your product aligns with regulatory standards and best practices, managing data governance initiatives effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with stakeholders, understanding their goals and translating complex topics into clear insights.

Team Culture & Communication: Foster an open, feedback-driven culture, where achievements are celebrated and learning is continual. You are committed to shared success and helping others grow.
Your Profile

Must haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or other technology sectors.

  • Strong foundation in data analytics or data-driven product development, with hands-on experience in leveraging data insights to guide product decisions and strategy

  • Experience leading a cross-functional team of engineers

Nice to haves:

  • Hands-on expertise in data analytics and practice in enabling data driven decisions

  • Strong understanding of data infrastructure components like Snowflake, Looker, and their integration in complex systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • A proactive problem-solving approach

Important attributes for this role:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
