The B2B Partnership team collaborates with B2B clients looking to incorporate Raisin's product offering into their value proposition. The team handles Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management, primarily engaging with banks, insurance companies, brokers, and FinTechs.
Your Responsibilities
  • Take charge for the business and technical onboarding of B2B clients.
  • Act as a project manager for the B2B client onboarding and closely align with stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Product and Tech.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support by collaborating with the client to develop a vision for the product implementation and customer journey.
  • Engage with B2B clients via emails, meetings and workshops, addressing technical, business and operational onboarding topics.
  • Act as the business & technical lead in responding to proposals and RFPs.
  • Lead internal projects to enhance the B2B client onboarding experience e.g. implement & maintain a state-of-the-art API documentation, set up & maintain internal process documentations.
  • Develop expert knowledge of our product offering, tech setup and typical client/industry workflows.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering on product functionality and future enhancement.
Your Profile
  • Excellent project management skills, managing different stakeholders across all involved parties.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, including proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify areas for innovation and efficiency.
  • Sound technical understanding, with a focus on API integrations and the ability to communicate with respective stakeholders. Programming experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides) that align with the needs and expectations of the audience.
  • At least 2 years of work experience, ideally with external B2B clients.
  • Experience or a strong interest in financial products.
  • You are experienced in independently communicating ideas to all levels of stakeholders.
  • University degree in business studies, economics, computer science, or a comparable field with outstanding academic achievements.
  • Finally, you are a team player with excellent communication skills in English.
  • German and other European languages are a bonus.
  • Ability to travel.
