This is the role

We're on the lookout for a fantastic individual to join us on a 12-month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role afterwards. We’re looking for someone as soon as possible, preferably with a start date from April 1st.

You’ll be a trusted people partner and support the organisation on full talent lifecycle planning including hiring, onboarding, development, performance, training and offboarding. Additionally, you'll act as global lead on all things operational from a People & Culture perspective in close collaboration with our People & Culture team. Our Global People Operations Manager will report to you and together you are responsible for securing compliance across all Podimo locations (DK, NO, FI, ES, NL, DE & LT).

You will be part of the global People & Culture team and report directly to our Chief People & Culture Officer. The role is based out of our awesome HQ in Copenhagen. Travel to our other offices is to be expected.

Your main responsibilities in this role:

  • Ensure efficient and seamless People Operation processes in collaboration with our Global People Operations Manager
  • Lead dedicated People Operations projects, incl. global policy maintenance and development.
  • Work closely with our leaders and employees across the organisation to accelerate the effectiveness and development of their teams.
  • Provide leadership coaching and sparring to leaders on their hiring needs, incl. support during interview processes and negotiations
  • Drive engagement and well-being initiatives and provide guidance on employee behaviour and conflict resolution
  • Finally, you'll be responsible for our compensation and benefits strategy and in close collaboration with the Chief People & Culture Officer analyze and build out this area of the business.

As our People Partner, you’ll be a valued partner across the company, a dedicated advisor for the leadership team and act as the go-to person for employees.

Experience we’re looking for:

  • You have a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent and preferably +4 years of experience in a similar role from a scale-up environment
  • You have proven experience running efficient internal People Ops processes and great understanding of employee legislation and labour law
  • You have a strategic mindset and understand organizational design, ways of working and people planning
  • You understand how to support recruitment processes, supporting hiring managers during interviews and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English both written and verbally
  • Some experience with compensation and benefits policies is a plus.
  • You get stuff done - you are a do’er and you thrive working with a range of different stakeholders to make sure we develop quality people processes.

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
