We are one of the fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms in Europe and we are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our amazing Product team.

This is the role

You will have a big impact shaping the current and future world of audio consumption. In collaboration with the rest of the product & tech team, you will shape and innovate on our product. You will:

• Inspire: Be the chief storyteller for our product. Ensure every update, every feature, every innovation resonates with our users and mission.
• Lead: Direct the Podimo product journey across the cosmos, working closely with engineers, designers, researchers and our world-class content team to create an experience that's out of this world.
• Grow: Use your growth-hacking powers and creative juices to help us reach new galaxies of users.
• Optimize: Constantly improve our platform based on data, user feedback, and your innovative ideas.

You will be reporting to our Chief Product Officer and preferably be based out of one of our offices in Copenhagen, Berlin, Madrid, London or Vilnius. This role could also be remote within the CET+/-1 timezone.

Your skills and experience

• Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a solid track record of creating and managing successful digital products. Experience in growth product management is a big plus.
• Attitude: Have a “can-do“ attitude, and passion for making things happen. You're flexible and adaptable - the constantly changing landscape of a fast-paced tech startup excites you
• Mindset: Growth mindset isn't just a buzzword for you - it’s a way of life. Every experience is an opportunity to learn and grow. Extreme ownership and seeing the big picture - you're autonomous and great at taking initiative
• Team player: You have a passion for mentoring and growing other team members. You are an excellent collaborator, able to work with a variety of personalities hailing from different cultures and backgrounds
• Communications: You can explain complex scenarios and solutions, clearly and concisely. You're as comfortable presenting to the CEO as you are brainstorming with engineers
• Data fluency: You comfortably utilize data in identifying opportunities and making product decisions
