Among other things, you will- Own pipeline generation and revenue outcomes for Italy — inbound conversion, outbound prospecting, and market initiatives- Manage full sales cycles from first contact to contract signature, including complex multi-stakeholder deals- Work closely with our Marketing and SDR teams, who actively support pipeline generation in the Italian market- Build deep product and industry knowledge to navigate technical conversations confidently- Engage senior stakeholders and C-level executives with a commercial, value-driven approach- Lead implementation planning for new accounts — define the deployment scope and success criteria that Customer Success will then execute- Feed market insights back to product, marketing, and leadership to sharpen PlanRadar’s positioning in the Italian market Who you are- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience — it is beneficial if you have sold to construction, real estate, or related industries, however, this is not mandatory- Proven track record in new business — you hunt, qualify, and close complex deals- Experienced in solution selling: you adapt your approach to each client, uncover real needs, and build proposals that reflect them- Comfortable running pre-sales processes including scoped pilots and technical demonstrations- Strong with senior stakeholders: you hold commercial conversations at C-level without losing the relationship- Ownership mindset — you define your own pipeline, manage your own rhythm, and take responsibility for outcomes- You should enjoy traveling for work and have a valid class B driving license- You have native-level Italian (spoken and written) and professional English skills
