Among other things, you will- Partner with our business leaders to translate strategy into impactful people initiatives- Drive the full HR cycle (e.g. workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and engagement) for your business areas- Lead and support organisational development and change initiatives- Guide leaders on performance, talent, and succession decisions- Act as a trusted sparring partner to managers on leadership and team-related topics- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefit, etc) to deliver and continuously improve HR programs- Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and drive meaningful actions Who you are- You bring 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role- You have strong expertise in talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organisational development- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and scaling environment- You combine business acumen with a data-driven mindset, using insights to guide decisions- You are a trusted advisor who can influence stakeholders at different levels and challenge constructively- You work independently with high ownership, while collaborating effectively across teams and HR Centres of Excellence- You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
