Among other things, you will:- Drive new logo growth across the US, owning the hunt from first outreach to close in partnership with SDRs.- Run full-cycle sales and sell into complex construction, engineering, and real estate organizations through value-driven demos.- Build and grow won accounts, focusing on adoption, retention, and early expansion as a trusted advisor.- Consistently hit/exceed ARR target through strong pipeline ownership, forecasting, and execution.- Act as a market ambassador for PlanRadar, leveraging global success stories at customer meetings and industry events.Who you are:- Proven success as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS; strong hunter mentality and new business closing experience.- Experience in/exposure to construction, real estate, or PropTech is a plus.- Track record of consistently achieving/exceeding ARR targets; comfortable selling into complex, multi-stakeholder orgs.- Tech-savvy, quick learner; excellent written/spoken English; willingness to travel; valid US driver’s license.
