Among other things, you will:- Lead and develop the global Finance & Operations organization (Finance, Controlling, Legal, Operations incl. Business and System Ops) across multiple regions/entities.- Build/evolve core processes (Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Lead-to-Close) together with your teams.- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting; ensure transparency, accuracy and timely decisions.- Partner with Go-To-Market teams to translate growth targets into scalable financial, operational and system processes.- Build/evolve forecasting, pipeline, commission and incentive models to support predictable, sustainable growth.- Drive operational excellence, data quality and system reliability across reporting, KPIs, CRM and core tools.- Oversee legal, regulatory and compliance topics with stakeholders.- Act as strategic sparring partner to CEO/Management, providing insights for long-term strategy and growth.Who you are:- 8–10+ years in Finance & Accounting and 5–7+ years in Business Operations in an international environment.- Proven leadership in senior/director-level roles, incl. leading senior leaders.- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS models; experience in venture-backed, high-growth environments.- Strategic and hands-on execution mindset; builder mentality.- Strong analytical capabilities (KPIs, BI tools, complex datasets).- Confident communicator; trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.- Excellent business English; German a strong advantage.Your Salary: Austrian collective agreement minimum EUR 82,600 gross annually (includes full health, accident, pension, unemployment insurance); higher depending on qualifications/experience.
