Among other things, you will:- Be the product expert and provide training/services to successfully implement/deploy features on the customer side, on-site and remotely.- Maintain a detailed understanding of PlanRadar; assist customers and suggest best solutions for their needs.- Carry out regular customer meetings and business reviews to establish/quantify desired business outcomes and KPIs.- Be a dedicated partner to customers and support needs/issues across PlanRadar’s departments.- Create success stories and collaborate with marketing to turn them into case studies.- Minimize customer churn through continuous engagement, value realization, education, coaching, and persuasion.- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. product management, development) to translate business needs into improved solutions.Who you are:- Experience with account management or Customer Success, preferably within SaaS.- Experience using CRM systems and strong computer literacy.- Experienced with web and mobile applications; technical understanding and familiarity with IT systems.- Excellent spoken and written Czech and business English.- Accountable, well organized; exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.- Self-motivated, proactive team player; poise under pressure; can adjust priorities; open to occasional travel to customers/other offices.
