Among other things, you will:- Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers in Romania, acting as their trusted point of contact and long-term partner.- Consult and advise clients on how to best use PlanRadar to improve construction and real estate workflows, based on real project needs.- Pitch and present PlanRadar to key stakeholders and C-level executives, on-site and online, with a tailored, consultative approach.- Drive account growth by managing renewals, identifying upselling opportunities, and working towards clear targets and KPIs.- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in the CRM.- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Who you are:- Solid construction background (e.g. project/site management, engineering, consulting) or experience selling ConTech/construction-related solutions.- Understanding of construction processes and stakeholders.- Sales or account management experience is a plus; strong motivation to learn in a commercial, client-facing software role.- Strong communicator; target-oriented; ownership mindset.- Fluent in Romanian and business English; willing to travel; valid class B driving license.
