Among other things, you will:- Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers in Hungary, acting as their trusted point of contact and long-term partner.- Consult and advise clients on how to best use PlanRadar to improve construction and real estate workflows, based on their real project needs.- Pitch and present PlanRadar to key stakeholders and C-level executives, on-site and online, using a tailored and consultative approach.- Drive account growth by managing renewals, identifying upselling opportunities, and working towards clear targets and KPIs.- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in the CRM, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, reduce churn, and consistently enhance client relationships.Who you are:- Solid background in construction (e.g. project management, site management, engineering, consulting) or experience selling ConTech / construction-related solutions.- Understanding of construction processes, key stakeholders, and realities of on-site work.- Sales or account management experience is a plus; strong motivation to learn and grow in a client-facing software role is essential.- Strong communicator able to consult stakeholders and build lasting relationships.- Comfortable working with targets and taking ownership of results.- Fluent in Hungarian and business English; willing to travel; valid class B driving license.Your Salary: The annual gross minimum salary according to the Austrian collective agreement is minimum EUR 44,450 (includes full health insurance, accident insurance, public pension, and unemployment insurance). Depending on qualifications and experience, salary may be higher.
