Among other things, you will: Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers in Romania, acting as their trusted point of contact and long-term partner. Consult and advise clients on how to best use PlanRadar to improve construction and real estate workflows, based on their real project needs. Pitch and present PlanRadar to key stakeholders and C-level executives, on-site and online, using a tailored and consultative approach. Drive account growth by managing renewals, identifying upselling opportunities, and working towards clear targets and KPIs. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in the CRM, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, reduce churn, and consistently enhance client relationships. Who you are: You have a solid background in construction (e.g. project management, site management, engineering, consulting) or experience selling ConTech / construction-related solutions. You understand construction processes, key stakeholders, and the realities of working on-site and across multiple projects. Sales or account management experience is a plus, but not a must – motivation to learn and grow in a commercial and client-facing role with software solutions is essential. You are a strong communicator who can consult stakeholders, build lasting relationships, and clearly explain solutions. You are comfortable working with targets and take ownership of your results. You are fluent in Romanian and business English, willing to travel as needed, and hold a valid class B driving license.
