Among other things, you will- Drive new logo growth across the US, owning the hunt from first outreach to close in close partnership with SDRs.- Run full-cycle sales and sell into complex construction, engineering, and real estate organizations through compelling, value-driven demos.- Build and grow the accounts you win, focusing on adoption, retention, and early expansion as a trusted advisor.- Consistently hit and exceed your ARR target through strong pipeline ownership, forecasting, and execution.- Act as a market ambassador for PlanRadar, leveraging global success stories and representing the brand at customer meetings and industry events.Who you are- Our ideal candidate has proven success as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS.- Experience in or exposure to construction, real estate, or PropTech is a plus.- Strong hunter mentality with experience closing new business.- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding ARR targets.- Comfortable selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software platforms.- Excellent written and spoken English.- Willingness to travel as required; valid US driver’s license.
