Among other things, you will: Manage, configure, and optimize CRM and other Business Ops SaaS tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, D365, etc.). Maintain integrations and data flows to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance. Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve workflows and system performance. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Maintain system documentation and ensure transparency in processes. Identify and recommend new tools, features, and process improvements. Who you are: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration) or relevant work experience in the area of System or CRM operations. Good proficiency in scripting / coding (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Deluge). Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and automation solutions. Good understanding of APIs, integrations, databases and system architecture. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English (German or other languages a plus).
