Among other things, you will- Lead and develop the global Finance & Operations organization, covering Finance, Controlling, Legal and Operations (including Business Operations and System Operations) across multiple international regions and legal entities- Build, evolve and continuously improve financial and operational core processes, including Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Lead-to-Close, together with your teams- Drive high-quality financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, ensuring transparency, accuracy and timely decision-making across the organization- Partner closely with Go-To-Market teams to translate growth targets into scalable financial, operational and system processes- Build and continuously evolve forecasting, pipeline, commission and incentive models to support predictable and sustainable revenue growth- Drive operational excellence, data quality and system reliability across reporting, KPIs, CRM and core business tools- Oversee legal, regulatory and compliance topics in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO and Management Team, providing financial and operational insights to support long-term strategy and company growthWho you are- You bring 8–10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting and 5–7+ years in Business Operations, gained within an international environment- You have proven leadership experience in senior or director-level roles, including leading and developing senior leaders- You bring a strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and experience working in venture-backed, high-growth environments- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset and enjoy building and improving structures together with your teams- You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, with experience working with KPIs, BI tools and complex data sets- You are a confident communicator and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the organization- You have excellent spoken and written business English skills; German is a strong advantage
