Among other things, you will- Identify, analyze, and prioritize automation and AI-driven optimization opportunities across business units- Translate business requirements and existing processes into robust, scalable technical solution designs- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Python, APIs, and database-backed architectures- Integrate systems and data sources across teams and domains- Own the full technical lifecycle: architecture, development, delivery, and continuous improvement- Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tracking to ensure transparency and measurable impact- Act as a trusted technical advisor, clearly communicating designs, trade-offs, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders- Contribute to technical standards, best practices, and continuous improvement within the Data Science teamWho you are- You have several years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or automation-focused roles- You are a strong Python engineer with hands-on experience building and owning end-to-end solutions- You are comfortable working with APIs, databases, and system integrations- You proactively identify problems, challenge existing processes, and drive solutions forward independently- You combine technical depth with clear, structured communication and strong stakeholder management skills- You thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments and enjoy taking full ownership- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or have equivalent practical experience- You are fluent in English; German is a plus but not required
