Among other things, you will- Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers in Hungary, acting as their trusted point of contact and long-term partner.- Consult and advise clients on how to best use PlanRadar to improve construction and real estate workflows, based on their real project needs.- Pitch and present PlanRadar to key stakeholders and C-level executives, on-site and online, using a tailored and consultative approach.- Drive account growth by managing renewals, identifying upselling opportunities, and working towards clear targets and KPIs.- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in the CRM, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, reduce churn, and consistently enhance client relationships.Who you are- You have a solid background in construction (e.g. project management, site management, engineering, consulting) or experience selling ConTech / construction-related solutions.- You understand construction processes, key stakeholders, and the realities of working on-site and across multiple projects.- Sales or account management experience is a plus, but not a must – motivation to learn and grow in a commercial and client-facing role with software solutions is essential.- You are a strong communicator who can consult stakeholders, build lasting relationships, and clearly explain solutions.- You are comfortable working with targets and take ownership of your results.- You are fluent in Hungarian and business English, willing to travel as needed, and hold a valid class B driving license.
