Among other things, you will: Own onboarding, implementation, and adoption for customers. Act as product expert to deploy and scale PlanRadar. Lead check-ins and success reviews to define KPIs and outcomes. Partner with Sales and Account Management for seamless experience. Identify optimization opportunities to increase usage and satisfaction. Minimize churn via engagement and education. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support to enhance the experience. Who you are: Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS with lifecycle ownership; alternatively construction/real estate background with customer/digital solution experience; cross-functional collaboration skills; excellent Spanish (native/C2) and strong business English; structured, accountable, and proactive.
