Among other things, you will: Deliver product expertise, training, and implementations on-site/remotely. Maintain deep PlanRadar knowledge and advise customers on best-fit solutions. Run regular customer meetings and reviews to define outcomes and KPIs. Act as a dedicated partner across departments, create success stories, and collaborate on case studies. Minimize churn through engagement and value realization. Partner cross-functionally to translate needs into improved solutions. Who you are: Customer Success/account management experience (SaaS preferred); CRM proficiency; web/mobile app familiarity and IT understanding; excellent spoken and written Hungarian and business English; accountable, organized, strong communicator; proactive and adaptable; open to occasional travel.
