Among other things, you will: Provide training and services to implement/deploy features on-site and remotely. Maintain deep product understanding and advise customers on best solutions. Hold regular meetings and business reviews to define outcomes and KPIs. Act as a dedicated partner across departments. Create success stories and case studies. Minimize churn via engagement and value realization. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve solutions. Who you are: Customer Success/account management experience (SaaS preferred); CRM and strong computer literacy; experienced with web/mobile apps and IT systems; excellent spoken and written Czech and business English; accountable, organized, strong communicator; proactive and adaptable; open to occasional travel.
