Among other things, you will: Be the product expert and deliver training and implementation services on-site and remotely. Maintain a detailed understanding of PlanRadar, assist with questions, and suggest best solutions. Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews to establish outcomes and KPIs. Act as a dedicated partner across departments. Create success stories and collaborate with marketing on case studies. Minimize churn through engagement, value realization, education, and coaching. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into improved solutions. Who you are: Experience in account management or Customer Success (SaaS preferred) with a solid construction-related background; CRM proficiency; web/mobile app familiarity and technical understanding; excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin; organized, accountable, strong relationship-building; proactive team player; occasional travel for customer visits and training.
