Among other things, you will: Manage a portfolio of existing Romanian customers as a trusted partner. Advise on best use of PlanRadar to improve construction/real estate workflows. Pitch and present to stakeholders and C-level. Manage renewals, identify upselling opportunities, and work to targets/KPIs. Keep accurate CRM pipeline and forecasts. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to reduce churn and enhance relationships. Who you are: Solid construction background or ConTech sales experience; sales/account management a plus; strong consulting and relationship skills; target ownership; fluent in Romanian and business English; willing to travel; class B driving license.
