Among other things, you will: Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers in Hungary as their trusted point of contact. Consult clients on using PlanRadar to improve construction and real estate workflows. Pitch and present to stakeholders and C-level on-site and online. Drive account growth via renewals and upselling, working towards targets and KPIs. Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and forecasts. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to reduce churn and enhance relationships. Who you are: Solid background in construction (e.g., project/site management, engineering, consulting) or selling ConTech solutions; sales or account management experience a plus; strong communication and relationship-building; target-oriented with ownership mindset; fluent in Hungarian and business English; willing to travel; class B driving license. Your Salary (AT): annual gross minimum EUR 44,450, with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications.
