YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
In our sales team, you will be challenged, supported, and coached every day. Through regular feedback, live call coaching, and hands on training, you will continuously develop your sales skills and personal strengths. The environment is dynamic, the learning curve is steep, and the goals are clear. If you are curious, resilient, and eager to grow, this is a great entry point into a long term career in sales.
The Netherlands is still a young market for plancraft, which means this role comes with real ownership from day one. Together with our small local team in Amsterdam and experienced colleagues in Hamburg, you will actively shape how we build our presence in the Dutch trades industry.
You will be based in Amsterdam, working on site from our Weesperstraat office at least three days per week, while collaborating closely with the wider team in Hamburg.
Your responsibilities
- You run structured outbound calls with trades businesses across the Netherlands, with the clear goal of booking qualified demos for our sales team.
- You create interest and explain how plancraft can simplify the daily work of trades businesses.
- You actively support market building by carefully qualifying leads and helping to build a strong pipeline for the Dutch market.
- You reactivate trial accounts that have not yet fully started using plancraft.
- You keep track of your KPIs, measure your progress, and use feedback to continuously improve.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are genuinely excited to help bring the Dutch trades industry into the digital age with plancraft.
- You know how to communicate with trades businesses in a direct, practical, and respectful way.
- You bring resilience, persistence, and a strong mindset when it comes to lead generation.
- You are open to feedback and motivated to keep improving.
- You work in a structured and reliable way, especially when using CRM systems.
- You speak Dutch at native (C1/ C2 ) level and are comfortable working in English in an international environment.
- Industry experience, studies, or previous sales experience are all nice to have, but none of them are required. What matters most is your drive, learning speed, and ability to speak with real people in a genuine way.

Cash: €48k to €51k fixed salary plus commission, with an OTE of €63k+.
