We are a Remote-first company, so yes, you can work pretty much from anywhere. But if you still need to go to the office every now and then, we currently have four offices located in Brazil (São Paulo), The USA (Austin), The UK (Bristol) and Singapore.

What you'll do

  • Building the growth marketing strategy for our global markets and managing the growth team
  • Designing and leading a full-funnel marketing campaign strategy and plans aligned to the business goals and Marketing KPIs
  • Orchestrating buying experiences by segment (solution, persona, industry, etc)
  • Developing and executing integrated campaigns, programs, and events using industry-leading frameworks
  • Partnering with our sales teams to support their regional-specific marketing campaigns, empowering them to scale global resources, content, tools and processes
  • Testing and measuring the effectiveness of growth strategies, including A/B testing
  • Strategically optimizing the marketing channels and lead sources toward segments that show engagement and conversion
  • Driving collaboration of deliverables, including website, events, social, paid media, communications, and content (including videos, brochures, infographics, e-books, emails, white papers, booth displays, webinar slides, blogs, social, case studies, webpages, advertising collateral)
  • Using data and analytics to optimize campaign strategies and programs to ensure all tracking requirements are in place for necessary performance reporting and dashboards while ultimately increasing ROI

Minimum Qualifications

  • A passion and understanding of technology and the importance of delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering growth and working towards targets in another B2B software company (financial services) with a complex product or decision cycle
  • Deep experience in and knowledge of demand and account-based marketing strategies, developing buyer journey frameworks
  • Deep understanding of key marketing performance metrics at both the executive level and more tactical campaign performance level
  • Experienced in data analysis and the best tools for retrieving, manipulating, and visualising data
  • Focused on conversion rate optimisation, getting the most out of the budget and the highest amount of ROI
  • Highly commercial, with a strong focus on hitting and exceeding growth targets
  • Excellent track record in B2B marketing automation and confident crafting workflows and processes
  • Solid experience and expertise using CRM systems (preferably Hubspot)
  • Advanced English Level
