AI Platform Architect (Agentic Systems)
Design and build the agentic AI platform that powers Partnerize’s global ecosystem.
Partnerize processes billions of performance marketing events daily. We are building a production-grade Agentic AI platform that will serve as the intelligence layer across our entire product suite.
We are looking for an AI Platform Architect (Agentic Systems) — a senior IC who will architect, code, and scale the foundational AI systems that the entire engineering organisation will rely on.
This role is highly autonomous, deeply technical, and central to our long-term innovation strategy.
What You’ll Do
Platform Architecture
• Architect and build Partnerize’s agentic AI platform using LangGraph, Vertex AI, Redis, and Gemini.
• Design modular, extensible components for agent orchestration, memory, planning, evaluation, and tool-use.
• Develop frameworks and abstractions that enable rapid development of new agents.
• Ensure the platform is performant, scalable, observable, and cost-efficient.
Technical Leadership
• Lead the transition from external consultants to internal ownership.
• Establish engineering best practices and maintain the “Agent Architecture Blueprint.”
• Mentor engineers and review architecture, code, and implementation strategies.
• Advocate for clarity, pragmatism, and fast decision-making.
Execution & Collaboration
• Write production-ready Python code and own key architectural decisions.
• Partner with Product to define feasibility and shape roadmap design.
• Work closely with Data Science and Architecture leadership to align on strategic direction.
What You Bring
Technical Mastery
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems with LangGraph, LangChain, or ADK.
• Deep knowledge of LLM frameworks, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG optimisation.
• Strong Python engineering fundamentals.
• GCP + Vertex AI experience is required.
• Infrastructure-aware mindset (CI/CD, DevOps, IaC).
Communication & Ownership
• Clear, concise communicator able to simplify and articulate complex systems.
• Experience operating as a Staff/Principal-level IC.
• Confident, autonomous decision-maker used to high ownership environments.
