Regional Sales Director - London based (Konnecto • AI Partnership Intelligence)
Konnecto is Partnerize’s newest strategic acquisition - and the most advanced AI-powered partnership intelligence platform in the market. We’re redefining how brands uncover hidden conversion paths, reverse-engineer competitor strategy, and identify high-value partners through real-time insight.
We’re looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Director to accelerate our growth across the UK. This is your chance to own a new category, shape how enterprise brands adopt AI-powered partner intelligence, and build a sales motion around market-changing technology.
What You’ll Do
• Own the full sales cycle - from intelligent prospecting and pipeline creation to pitch, negotiation, and close.
• Build a healthy, self-generated pipeline using structured sales methodologies, creative outreach, and multi-touch cadences.
• Engage senior enterprise and mid-market stakeholders across marketing, ecommerce, digital, analytics, and partnerships.
• Deliver sharp, insight-driven storytelling that lands ROI, competitive advantage, and business impact.
• Sell consultatively: diagnose pain, challenge assumptions, and map Konnecto’s AI capabilities to strategic objectives.
• Partner with Solutions Consulting, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to maintain deal velocity and ensure alignment.
• Represent Konnecto at industry events, conferences, and across your network - becoming a trusted evangelist for AI-powered partnership intelligence.
• Maintain impeccable forecasting, activity hygiene, and pipeline accuracy in Salesforce.
• Champion the power of GenAI, real-time behavioural intelligence, and performance transparency in the partnership ecosystem.
What You Bring
• 5+ years’ experience in affiliate, partnership, performance marketing, martech, attribution, or data-driven SaaS.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota, creating pipeline from scratch, and running high-velocity sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of affiliate dynamics, publisher/partner ecosystems, and brand challenges in performance marketing.
• A consultative, challenger-style approach: excellent discovery, objection handling, and value articulation.
• Ability to think on your feet — adaptable, curious, and comfortable in non-scripted conversations.
• An outreach engine: you know how to build cadences, personalise messaging, and open doors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-directed, proactive, motivated by outcomes, and able to operate with minimal guidance.
• Executive presence with comfort speaking to VPs, CMOs, CROs, and senior digital leaders.
• Experience thriving in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environments.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and cross-functional alignment skills.
