Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Director to join our AMR Sales Organization. As an individual contributor, you will be highly skilled at engaging new prospects and understanding their needs. You will be instrumental at articulating our value proposition to key decision-makers and securing new clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building pipeline from named accounts, as well as both inbound and self-prospected leads. They will be a self-starter who can work autonomously and possess a passion for client success with an approach that gains trust through honesty and integrity. A successful Sales Director will be someone that continually demonstrates our core values while contributing towards a positive team and Company culture.

*This is a hybrid role and employees are required to work in our Manhattan office 2 days/week.*

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets by cultivating a high-value revenue stream within your designated region.
  • Conduct in-depth customer discovery sessions to uncover pain points and effectively communicate the company’s unique value proposition.
  • Develop and execute strategies to secure new business, focusing on customer-centric solutions that align with specific needs.
  • Independently manage and report on a growing sales pipeline, using CRM tools for accurate and timely forecasting.
  • Create and present detailed quarterly business plans, including performance analysis, key accounts, and strategic initiatives for sustained success.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations tailored to the needs of prospects, clearly differentiating our offerings from competitors.
  • Maintain and expand your knowledge of the affiliate and performance marketing landscape, including key industry players and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales role selling to retail marketing, financial and/or travel industry executives
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in Adtech, MarTech, or Performance Marketing
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 40%
  • Extensive experience in closing significant technology/platform sales, with a proven ability to build relationships with top-level decision-makers.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior executives and diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, a passion for continuous learning, and a drive for personal and professional growth.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), advanced sales acumen (IQ), and deep business insight.

Compensation Range:

USD $125,000 - $145,000 base salary + commission package
Our salary range is intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant.
