Key Responsibilities
Regional Revenue Leadership
- Drive revenue strategy for ~25 properties, achieving ambitious RevPAR and market share goals across UK, Ireland, and Nordics.
- Partner with real estate and operations to identify revenue optimization opportunities and translate data-driven insights into measurable commercial impact.
- Navigate two distinct hospitality brands (Numa and Native), ensuring each is optimally positioned for commercial success.
- Lead revenue strategy for new property launches, establishing pricing frameworks, demand forecasting, and market entry planning from day one.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and distribution audits, ensuring optimal positioning, rate parity, and channel performance across all properties.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor 2–3 revenue managers, driving accountability, performance, and career progression.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs, providing regular coaching and performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of analytical excellence, ownership, and proactive problem-solving.
Performance & Analytics
- Own forecasting and budgeting for the regional cluster, monitoring performance and adjusting tactics to maximize profitability.
- Leverage data-driven insights, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to refine strategies.
- Provide recurring reporting and insights to the Global Head of Revenue and leadership team.
Landlord & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as lead commercial contact for landlords and property owners in the region.
- Lead monthly meetings presenting performance, forecasts, and strategic direction with clarity and credibility.
- Build trust-based relationships through transparency, proactive insights, and demonstrated commercial value.
- Partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and the UK General Manager to ensure coordinated execution.
About You
- 7+ years in revenue management within the hospitality or serviced apartments industry, with proven regional or multi-country portfolio ownership.
- Minimum 2 years leading and developing revenue management teams.
- Strong track record optimizing RevPAR, channel mix, and revenue performance across diverse markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills; confident leading landlord and owner meetings.
- Highly analytical with strong strategic thinking: able to translate complex data into clear revenue strategies and actionable frameworks.
- Strong technical proficiency: deep understanding of PMS, CRS, OTA management, rate optimization, demand forecasting, and pricing strategies. Experience with SQL, Looker, or Tableau a plus.
- Proven capability in budgeting, forecasting, and translating KPI performance into effective pricing strategies.
- Comfortable managing complexity across multiple brands and service propositions.
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially Nordic) advantageous.
- UK-based with flexibility to travel regionally for property visits and landlord meetings.
